If you haven't visited for a while, check out the recent stodk. Indibooks is adding new books to the site on a gradual basis. If there is a particular subject or area you are looking for and can't find on site yet, please email and we will check the stock waiting to be uploaded. In particular we have a stock of books and journals about child protection, childhood, children and families social work and therapeutic work. We also have stock relating to fostering and adoption and the British Journal of Social Work for 2007, 2008 and 2009, which cover a range of social work topics.

Social learning software can be used by teachers, social workers, psychologists, careers advisors, youth justice workers, foster carers, health promotion advisors, day centre staff and (of course) parents, carers and advocates. Specific issues include life story work, person centred planning, health issues, offending behaviour and decision making skills and many more. Each CD can be used for many different children making it a very cost-effective and engaging resource.
